Top instructors from around the world have attended and shown their skills in Traditional, Skagit, and Scandinavian Spey techniques on the banks of the picturesque Grand River (Lower Grand Water Shed). INTERNATIONAL FLY FISHING FILM FESTIVAL AT THE GRAND RIVER SPEY CLAVE Producers of the Grand River Spey Clave would like to invite you to attend a special screening of the International Fly Fishing Film Festival at Laurier University in Brantford after the clave on October 15th. Doors open at 7:00pm, show starts at 7:30pm. After several successful years, the Grand Opportunities forum is continuing this year on Saturday June 5th at Belwood Conservation area. This event offers a look into the history of brown trout on the Grand River tailwater, as well as free seminars both on land and in the river. The seminars start out at about 10:30am, followed by a BBQ steak lunch and afternoon seminars. Details can be found below or by visiting the Friends of the Grand River website.
